Election Procedure

The following is the procedure to assure that your vote 

will be counted and not disgarded through a small technicality.

YOU CANNOT VOTE HERE . THIS IS JUST A TUTORIAL.

 

Read this paragraph only if you own multiple units.

If you have multiple units make sure to match that envelope to the unit marked on the outside of the white envelope. If you use the wrong unit envelope number it will invalidate your vote. DO NOT MIX THE NUMBERS. Any question please call 847-869-6140 or email the coalition.

BALLOT FOR ELECTIONS

1- Put an X in the box in front of the candidate of your choice.

 

2- We strongly recommend that you strike out  the name of the candidates you do not want on the board.

 

3- Do not do anything more on that sheet. Just fold it in 3 and put in the following envelope marked 

BALLOT

Insert the folded above sheet in the envelope and seal it.

 

Once you do so 

DO NOT REOPEN THAT ENVELOPE EVER. IF YOU DO IT WILL INVALIDATE 

YOUR VOTE.

Insert the ballot envelope in this envelope.

 

Put your building:

2 letter code

Put your unit number

Print your name

Sign your name

 

 

If you support the Coalition we recommend that you put the pink and yellow envelope in a larger envelope and mail to:

Fold and put in the Proxy envelope below

This pink proxy does not allows Tom Gleeson to vote on your behalf.  Please make sure to return the yellow paperwork as per the instructions above.
