The vision of the Hemispheres Owners Coalition is to create a financial stable community with truly transparent rules and regulations. It is to prevent increase in maintenance fees and dues, to reduce waste and prevent any special assessment. 

One of the important duties of the Coalition is to provide owners a channel where you as an owner can voice your concerns about important issues. Another responsibility of the Coalition is to open a channel of communication with the Board to voice owners concerns about important issue of the community, sharing available data and suggesting suitable options and alternatives.

There are many other activities to the Coalition that will directly benefit you and as such our mission will continue to evolve as need be to improve the Hemispheres.
