The rules of inquiry passed on 3/8/12 by the board is 6 pages long and is very restrictive. For example, it requires for an owner to send a certified mail request and a 30 days waiting time and only one inquiry in a one month period. Furthermore if you have a second question on the same inquiry you must wait six months before you can ask it. The coalition believes that with today's technology, most important association's documents should be accessible in the convenience of every owner's home, at any time via the Hemispheres website, which is not the current case. Besides being practical, it would save a lot of time and money to everyone.​
