The Hemispheres Owner's Coalition site is only for a private Condo ownership and is not a public site.
If you have reached this site by error or you are not a unit owner you are required to leave.
If you did not receive your voting ballot regardeless of the reason
( i.e. you are at the Hemispheres but your ballot was sent to you at your permanent address ) then you must call
Reliance management at 786-606-1870
and demand a new package to be sent to you where you are currently. Get the name of the person, the date, the time, when they are planning to send it to you exactly and when you should expect it.
Write all of it down. If you do not receive it call again.
We are getting reports from owners being told that they do not know what the Hemipsheres is. That is not the case. Reliance is responsible to mail these packages to you upon demand. If you experience any problem in response please email the Coalition at with the facts.
The Coalition is composed of owners who care about the Hemispheres community, and wish to contribute to its betterment.
We have already indentified savings in the amount of $750,000 in the budget.
The Coalition represents people of different cultures, who are both full-time residents and snowbirds.
We invite every owner to contribute to the betterment of our community.
We also encourage every owner to communicate to the active members of the Coalition your opinions and suggestions.

Election will be February 28, 2016
In the prior proposed amendments, the board should have suggested amending the bylaws to allow sending documents to the 1295 owners by email (as allowed by the Florida laws). That is how the association could save money. $52,501 were wasted in 2014 only in postage and printing costs. Close to $1,500 was wasted on this current mailer. The next mailer, with all the resumes, the forms and envelopes, will cost at least $2,500 for postage, handling and supplies. An estimated total waste of at least $4,000.
The Coalition is paying attention to the owners' money and would send notices via internet if elected: "Off the press, click on the election button to download the election notice."
Think of all the time and money the association would save by using the internet to communicate with owners. It is time for the Hemispheres to get up to date with the new era of technologies, allowing high efficiency and savings!
