Successfully performed my duties on two different Condo boards one of which was as the Treasurer.

 

I have already identified savings in the amount of $750,000 in the budget. Such savings will be used to improve our infrastructure to prevent special assessment.

For your benefit I already created a new Hemispheres website that contains all of he Hemispheres information in financial, contracts, rules, etc. including units sold and for how much.
