Nabih identifies budget and information keys issue in Board race

There is a lot of waste in many items. When the owners attempted to ask the questions
Nabih contact the board informally
September 16th, NEED to refine this
Nabih started to write to the board informally and receive responses that are partial and not properly addressing the issues questioned. He then received a letter from a member of the board stating that she will no longer communicate regarding the Amemdments. Nabih create a coalition not to pass the amendments.
He was copied in an email and to all the board members by Maria Penela to Martha Pena stating "not only threaten to sue but we will actially will sue" referring to other owners.

Challenge the 4 incumbent members of the board to a Hemispheres debate with the Coalition supported owners.
Need to refine
You should be able to see who really knows teh Hemispheres well enough to represent you.
Let's have a televesided debate with all teh candidates on the Hemispheres inside channel and have all owners have a question and answer session.
